Capturebot

A telegram bot for bookmarking and note capture. Not currently live. Unclear if this is the mobile capturing solution I want to continue to use, but I will leave the option open for myself.

Last I left off, the big pending feature requests I had were

• a decent chat idiom for metadata.
• good image handling.
