fast personal search

Project to get a search engine running that can

• run on the cli
• search zotero (maybe by ingesting better bibtex)
• search my notebook (by looking at the fs)
• search my notebook (by looking at org-roam's sqlite db)

Is this just recoll? I also want

• hotkeys or some other fast interface (embark-ish, maybe) to follow result links
• faceted search? maybe?
• fast capture to the index
• ingesting (and maybe local-mirroring, and maybe auto-archiving) bookmarks from anywhere to the index
• an easy way to write ingestion methods for datasets like the stackexchange dump
• ways to link notes to results? or any result to any other.
